The challenge was to find as close a match to Princeton University as possible, as well as time-period-appropriate spaces where they built The Bomb. I wanted locations that felt like secret conversations, that plunged down long hallways and old stairwells. Certain cities still have locked doorways that open up to that kind of a past and some of us know a guy who knows a guy who has a cousin who owes a favor to the guy...who has the key.
